Cialis (Tadalafil) is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, it makes the blood vessels to expand and allows the blood flow wanted for erection.

Missed Dose of Cialis

In case you use Cialis every day and you forgot to consume it in time, use the missed tab as soon as you remember. But if you remember about it when it is time to have the next dose, please, skip the missed dose and have only the next one. Don't consume two doses at once.

Safekeeping

Cialis (Tadalafil) should be kept away from heat and moisture at a room temperature (59-86 degrees F and 15-30 degrees C). Children should have no access to Cialis.

Precautions

The preparation should not be taken if you are taking a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Minitran, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket), or recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers"). Cialis used together with a nitrate medicine can result in serious decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, stroke, or heart attack. Before consuming this preparation, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs, or if you have:

• heart disease or heart rhythm problems;
• a recent history a heart attack (within the past 3 months);
• a recent history of stroke or congestive heart failure (within the past half a year);
• angina (chest pain);
• low or high blood pressure;
• liver disease;
• kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis);
• a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia;
• a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia;
• a stomach ulcer;
• retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye);
• a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie's disease); or
• you've been recommended not to have sexual intercourse due to health reasons.
